Students Celebrate Science

The Wagner Free Institute of Science is a founding member of the North Philadelphia Arts and Culture Alliance. The North Philadelphia Arts and Culture Alliance is dedicated to promoting the diverse arts and culture of North Philadelphia, and establishing this district as a destination for cultural, visual and performing arts.

The Wagner Free Institute of Science GeoKids Program was presented with the 2006 Excellence in Programming Award by the Education Committee of the American Association of Museums (AAM) at the Association’s annual meeting held in Boston April 27-May 1, 2006.  Click here for the full story.
