Movie Tuesdays: A Family Summer Series
The Wagner Institute presents Tuesday afternoon movies for children and their families, as well as organized groups.
All movies begin at 2 pm. Please arrive by 1:50 pm. A movie experience unlike any other – come sit in the 19th century lecture hall and soak in the science. Movies, Dates & Times:
July 6 & July 27, 2-3:30 pm – 8 years old and younger – The Zula Patrol & museum scavenger hunt. Watch as the Zula Patrol visit and talk with planets, travel to the Milky Way, and encounter blob-shaped creatures.
July 13 & August 3, 2-3:30 pm – all ages – Ferngully: The Last Rainforest. Magic and adventure await in Ferngully, a spectacular rainforest where a bat named Batty joins together with his friends to save their marvelous world from the evil Hexxus.
July 20 & August 10, 2-3:45 pm – 10 years old and over – Osmosis Jones. He’s a new strain of hero. He’s one cell of a guy. He’s the animated white blood cell cop Osmosis Jones! Policies for Movie Tuesdays:
- Reservations are appreciated, and required for groups of 10 or more. Please call 215-763-6529 x 17 or email reservations@wagnerfreeinstitute.org to make your reservation.
- Access is limited to the lecture hall during Movie Tuesdays.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older to participate.
- Special Notice: The Wagner Institute does not have central air-conditioning and can be quite hot during summer months. There is no water fountain on the premises. Water bottles are allowed on the ground floor of the Institute.
